Landmark EXTRAS Memberships
What is the difference between the Landmark EXTRAS’ Movie Fan, Movie Insider and Movie Club loyalty rewards program memberships?
Landmark EXTRAS, Landmark’s loyalty rewards program offers moviegoers three membership types to chose from:
- Movie Fan:
FREE to join. Members earn 5 PTS for each $1 spent on eligible movie purchases and may redeem their points for movie admission, concession, and movie merchandise purchases. - Movie Insider:
Annual membership. An annual payment of $20.00 + applicable taxes. Member receives one FREE admission credit with membership purchase and renewal. Member earns 7.5 PTS for each $1 spent on eligible movie purchases and may redeem their points for movie admission, concession, and movie merchandise purchases. - Movie Club:
Monthly membership. A monthly payment of $9.99 per month + applicable taxes. Member receives one FREE admission credit per month with membership purchase and renewal. Member earns 5 PTS for each $1 spent on eligible movie purchases and may redeem their points for movie admission, concession, and movie merchandise purchases. Member has use of unlimited Member Admission Tickets per month at the monthly membership price for their personal use and the use of their Guest(s). Some restrictions apply, please refer to Member Admissions.

Movie Fan Membership Fee
- Free to Join
Members Earn
- 5 PTS for each $1 spent before tax on each purchase of a General Admission, 3D Admission, or Premium Admission (Laser Ultra, IMAX®, Extra, Xtreme, Premiere and Lounger Seating).
- 5 PTS for each $1 spent before tax on Concessions (excluding alcoholic beverages) and Movie Merchandise.
Members Redeem
- 1,000 PTS for each General Admission/3D Admission.
- 1,500 PTS for each Premium Admission (Laser Ultra, IMAX®, Extra, Xtreme, Premiere Seating).
- 2,000 PTS for each LUXE Cinema Admission
- 2,500 PTS for each PAIR of Lounger Admissions
- 4,000 PTS for each PAIR of Lounger Admissions in a LUXE Cinema
- 500 PTS for $5 to spend on Concessions (excluding alcoholic beverages) and Movie Merchandise.
Movie Insider Membership Fee
- An annual membership fee of $20 + applicable taxes is required for membership, with continued annual payments at the applicable membership price, plus applicable taxes.
Annual Ticket Credit
- Members receive one (1) FREE General Admission Credit with payment of the annual membership fee.
- Points are not awarded and cannot be redeemed for the purchase of your annual Movie Insider membership.
- Points are not awarded with redemption of your annual (1) FREE General Admission Credit.
Members Earn
- 7.5 PTS for each $1 spent before tax on each Regular Admission, 3D Admission, or Premium Admission (Laser Ultra, IMAX®, Extra, Xtreme, Premiere and Lounger Seating) purchased.
- Members earn 7.5 PTS for each $1 spent before tax on Concessions (excluding alcoholic beverages) and Movie Merchandise.
Members Redeem
- 1,000 PTS for each General Admission/3D Admission.
- 1,500 PTS for each Premium Admission (Laser Ultra, IMAX®, Extra, Xtreme, Premiere Seating)
- 2,000 PTS for each LUXE Cinema Admission
- 2,500 PTS for each PAIR of Lounger Admissions
- 4,000 PTS for each PAIR of Lounger Admissions in a LUXE Cinema
- 500 PTS for $5 to spend on Concessions (excluding alcoholic beverages) and Movie Merchandise.
Movie Club Membership Fee
- An initial monthly membership fee of $9.99 per month + applicable taxes, with continued monthly payments at the applicable membership price plus applicable taxes. You may cancel your Movie Club membership at any time.
Monthly Admission Credit
- Movie Club members receive one General Admission credit per month with payment of the monthly membership fee.
- Movie Club Monthly Admission credits cannot be used for Alternative Content or Special Event admissions.
- Movie Club members can use up to ten (10) available Monthly Admission Credits in a single transaction (transactions limited to three (3) per day).
- Monthly Admission Credits in a single transaction (transactions limited to three (3) per day).
- Points are awarded with the redemption of your monthly General Admission credit
- Points are not awarded and cannot be redeemed for the purchase of your monthly Movie Club membership.
Member Discounted Admissions
- Movie Club members may purchase Member Discounted Admission (General Admission tickets at the member price of $9.99) for their personal use, or the use of their Guests with a limit of two (2) General Admission tickets per transaction, to a maximum of three (3) transactions per day.
- Additional Admissions beyond two (2) General Admission tickets per transaction are priced at the theatre’s General Admission price + applicable taxes for the selected movie and showtime.
- Use of Movie Club Admission Credits and Member Discounted Admissions for the purchase of 3D and Premium Admissions (Laser Ultra, IMAX®, Extra, Xtreme, Premiere Seating) are subject to all applicable surcharges + applicable taxes.
- Points are awarded when you purchase Member Discounted Admission tickets at the rate described in the Rewards Schedule.
- Movie Club members receive a 20% discount on concession purchases excluding alcohol. Additional restrictions may apply.
- Movie Club members cannot combine their 20% discount with any other promotional offer.
Points earned for concession purchases are at the member rate and are calculated on the pre-tax discounted subtotal of the transaction rounded to the nearest dollar.
Online Booking Fees
There is an online booking fee of $1.00 (plus tax) per ticket for EXTRAS Movie Fan members. This fee is waived for EXTRAS Movie Insider and Movie Club members.
How To Become An EXTRAS Member
Existing landmarkcinemas.com Account Holders
As of September 13, 2021, existing accounts and associated stored credit card information used to purchase tickets at http://www.landmarkcinemas.com will be closed and you will be required to create a new Landmark Extras membership account. To create your new account, go to http://www.landmarkcinemas.com select an EXTRAS membership, including our FREE Movie Fan membership tier, and complete your profile to start earning and redeeming points for your Landmark moviegoing purchases (some restrictions apply).

To become a Landmark EXTRAS member and start earning and redeeming EXTRAS’ points for your Landmark movie-going purchases go to (http://www.landmarkcinemas.com/extras ), select your preferred membership type, create an account, My Account, successfully complete payment, if applicable (Movie Insider and Movie Club memberships), and download your membership card to your mobile wallet.
At Landmark Cinemas
Landmark EXTRAS memberships cards are available in the lobby or concession stand at all Landmark theatres, or simply ask a Cast member for your membership card. You can start earning points immediately by presenting your EXTRAS loyalty membership card at the beginning of your transaction and providing your email address or cell phone number to a member of our Cast and Crew at the Box Office or Concession.
To start redeeming points, you must register your membership card at http://www.landmarkextras.com/register , select your preferred membership type, create an account, My Account, successfully complete payment, if applicable (Movie Insider and Movie Club memberships), and download your membership card to your mobile wallet. If membership registration is not complete within 120 days from the date points were last earned, the account will be closed, and all points accumulated in your account will be deleted.
What does it cost to become a Landmark EXTRAS loyalty rewards member?
The cost depends on the EXTRAS membership type you select. You can enroll in the EXTRAS Movie Fan membership tier free of charge at any time. Earn and Redeem Points and Admission Credits
General
How do I earn points?
Points are earned with the purchase of movie Admissions, Concessions (excluding alcoholic beverages), and Movie Merchandise before tax (some additional restrictions may apply). The number of points earned per dollar spent is calculated based on the Landmark EXTRAS membership type (Movie Fan, Movie Insider, or Movie Club) at time of purchase. If the transaction has a partial dollar value, points are rounded up or down based on the amount to the nearest whole point.
Earning Points at Landmarkcinemas.com
Simply log into your account at LandmarkCinemas.com (My Account). The number of points, based on your membership type, will automatically be added your account 24HRS after your movie's posted showtime.
Earning Points In-Theatre at your local Landmark Cinemas
Landmark EXTRAS members can earn points by presenting and scanning their membership number barcode (on their membership card or digital wallet) prior to making a purchase at the theatre box office, at the ABO (Automated Box Office) at select theatres, or at Concession. Points are earned on the pre-tax total of any Admission, concession (excluding alcoholic beverages), or movie merchandise purchase. The number of points, based on your membership type, will automatically be added your account 24HRS after your movie's posted showtime.
How are the points I earn for a purchase calculated?
Points awarded for eligible purchases are calculated based on your Landmark EXTRAS membership (Movie Fan, Movie Insider, Movie Club). You can earn up to 1,000 points in a single 24-hour period, with no transactional limit. Can I earn points if I do not have my membership card with me?
Yes. Simply inform a Cast Member that you’re a Landmark EXTRAS member prior to beginning your order and provide the phone number or email address associated with your membership account.
Can I redeem points if I do not have my membership card with me?
No. Landmark EXTRAS loyalty rewards members may only redeem points for applicable purchases by presenting and scanning their membership number barcode (on their membership card or digital wallet) at the theatre box office, at the ABO (Automated Box Office) at select theatres, or at concessions at the beginning of their order.
When Are Points Credited to My Account?
Points earned on qualifying Admission, Concession and Movie Merchandise purchases will appear in your account within 24-hours after the movies’ posted showtime. Admission purchases (up to two weeks prior to the movie’s showtime), will not appear in the members account until 24-hours after the movie’s posted showtime. Points may take up to 24-hours to appear in your account.
How do I use my points for a free Admission reward?
Redeeming your FREE Admission Reward at LandmarkCinemas.com
Log into your Landmark EXTRAS membership account at LandmarkCinemas.com (My Account), then complete the online booking process by selecting your location, date, movie, and showtime. The quantity of available Free Admissions Credits (General/3D/Premium) and Admission packages (ex. Movie Night Experience) will automatically be displayed under Admission Types in Step One of the online booking process. Simply select the quantity of desired Free Admission rewards and proceed through the checkout process normally.
Redeeming your FREE Admission Reward at your local Landmark Cinemas
Prior to ordering, present your Landmark EXTRAS membership card to a Cast Member at the Box Office or Concession, or scan at the ABO (Automated Box Office), where available. A Cast Member will let you know the number of FREE Admission (General/3D/Premium) and/or Admission package (ex. Movie Night Experience) rewards available for use. At the ABO, your number of FREE Admission and/or Admission rewards will be displayed. Simply confirm the quantity of desired Free Admission rewards and proceed through the checkout process normally.
What are Premium Admissions?
All Premium Admissions (3D, Laser Ultra, IMAX®, Extra, Xtreme, Premiere Seating) have a surcharge added to the General Admission ticket price. You may use your points to purchase a Premium Admission or use your points to pay the Premium Admission surcharge.
How do I redeem my points for $5.00 off my purchase of concession items or movie merchandise?
Prior to ordering, present your Landmark EXTRAS membership card or the membership barcode in your digital wallet to a Cast Member at the concession. Your points balance will then appear on the POS screen. If the required 500 points are available in your account, and the total purchase price is $5.00 or more before tax, you can redeem your $5.00 off reward towards the concession items and/or movie merchandise, excluding alcoholic beverages.
How do a receive my Free Birthday Month Popcorn?
Movie Insider and Movie Club members are entitled to one (1) FREE Large Popcorn during the month of their birthday. To receive your Free Large Popcorn visit your favorite Landmark Cinemas, swipe your Landmark EXTRAS card and ask the cast member to redeem your Birthday Popcorn.
Is there a limit to points I can earn?
Yes. A maximum of 1,000 points in a single 24-hour period, with no transactional limit. Points awarded are calculated based on your Landmark EXTRAS Loyalty rewards membership (Movie Fan, Movie Insider, Movie Club).
Is there a limit to the points I can redeem?
Yes. A maximum of 35,000 Landmark EXTRAS points can be redeemed per 24-hour period.
Do points expire?
Yes. Unused Landmark EXTRASpoints expire 24 months after issuance. Points are used on a first-in, first-out basis for redemption, so your oldest points are always used first.
Are there any blackout dates?
No. There are no blackout dates for the use of your Movie Club Admission credits, Member Admissions, Movie Insider Annual Admission credit, or redemption of EXTRAS rewards points to purchase your movie Admission.
Can I earn and redeem Landmark EXTRAS points for Event Cinema presentations including the MET Opera, Bolshoi Ballet, Royal Opera House and One Night Only events?
Yes. Points are awarded for all Admission purchases, and EXTRAS rewards points can be used to purchase Admissions for all presentations. Surcharges, including the number of points required for a free admission, presentation format, content and/or membership type may also apply.
Are there restrictions on how I can earn points and redeem points?
Yes. Select Landmark Cinemas products are excluded from Landmark EXTRAS reward benefits and/or have modified reward benefits.
B2B Bulk Admissions, Third-Party Admission and/or Concession Vouchers, Media, and Promotions Vouchers
Points are awarded with the use of B2B bulk Admissions, third-party Admission and/or concession vouchers based on your EXTRAS membership as detailed in the Rewards Schedule. Certain exclusions may apply. Landmark EXTRAS points are NOT awarded for the use of Promotional Vouchers (ex. Admissions & Treats contest prizing), Media Admissions/Passes, and Service Recovery vouchers.
Gift Cards and Movie 10-Packs
Points cannot be earned or redeemed to purchase Landmark Cinemas Gift Cards, Movie 10-Packs Cards, or third-party Gift Cards. Points can be earned for Admissions, concession (excluding alcoholic beverages), and/or movie merchandise purchased with a Landmark Cinemas Gift Card, Movie 10-Pack, or third-party Gift Card. Landmark EXTRAS points earned are in accordance with your Landmark EXTRAS membership type, as described in the Rewards Schedule. Landmark EXTRAS reward points cannot be redeemed in conjunction with the Movie 10-Pack. Movie 10-Pack features cannot be combined with any other discount offer or program.
COSTCO
EXTRAS members, regardless of their membership, will earn the following number of points with use of their COSTCO admission and concession vouchers. Points will be added to the members’ account 24-hours after the posted showtime.
- Ticket 1 – 25 Points
- Ticket 2 – 25 Points
- Concession – 50 Points
Food and Drink
Points cannot be earned or redeemedfor the purchase of alcohol, or purchases made via UBER EATS, SKIP the DISHES or DOOR DASH.
Birthday Parties
Points can be earned and redeemed for birthday party purchases (excluding the rental of birthday party rooms and other additional services), at the rate of your EXTRAS membership type as described in the Rewards Schedule.
Daily Deals
Landmark EXTRAS reward points can be earned but not redeemed for Landmark’s promotional programs including, but not limited to, Real Deal Tuesdays, Big Movie Deal Tuesdays, Movie Twosome, Morning Movies, Kid’s Day, Senior’s Day, Sensory Friendly Films and Park the Stroller.
How do I get my free large birthday popcorn?
Movie Insider and Movie Club members receive one free large 170oz popcorn during their birthday month. This birthday reward is added to qualifying member accounts on the first day of your birthday month. If this your reward is not redeemed during your birthday it will be deleted from your account.
Can I earn points if I purchase Admissions or concession items with the ATOM APP?
Yes, points will be earned based on your membership (Movie Fan, Movie Insider or Movie Fan)
Can I redeem my Landmark EXTRAS Admission rewards on the Atom app?
No. Landmark EXTRAS reward points or benefits cannot be redeemed on the Atom app.
Landmark EXTRAS reward benefits, including free Admission rewards, Movie Club Admissions, Member Admissions and 20% savings on your concession purchases, can only be redeemed at LandmarkCinemas.com or in-theatre.
Can I redeem discount coupons with Landmark EXTRAS rewards points?
No. Landmark EXTRAS reward benefits cannot be combined with any other discount offer.
Can I combine a Movie 10-Pack and my 20% Movie Club concession discount?
No. Landmark EXTRAS reward benefits cannot be combined with any other discount offer.
Can the benefits of my Landmark EXTRAS membership change?
Yes. Subject to applicable law, Landmark Cinemas reserves the right to amend, alter, withdraw, suspend, or terminate (a “Change”) the Program, including membership Price, Benefit(s), and the Points structure (including the number of Points you can earn or redeem), or any other award/reward. For additional details please refer to our Terms and Conditions.
Do all Landmark Cinemas locations issue and accept Landmark EXTRAS rewards points?
Yes. All Landmark Cinemas locations participate in the program.
Can I transfer my Landmark EXTRAS membership points to another Landmark EXTRAS member?
No. Points are not transferable between the accounts of one or more members.
I forgot to show my Landmark EXTRAS card in-theatre prior to ordering. Can I still earn points?
No. If you do not present your Landmark EXTRAS membership number barcode on your membership card or in your digital wallet or provide the phone number or email associated with your Landmark EXTRAS account during the checkout process, you will not earn points for your purchase.
I didn't earn my points from my last transaction, what do I do?
If you presented your Landmark EXTRAS rewards card in-theatre during the checkout process or were logged into your account at LandmarkCinemas.com prior to online ordering and you are missing points please review the date of your qualifying online or in-theatre purchase. Points earned on Admissions and Concession purchases will not be applied to your account until up to 24HRS after your scheduled movie showtime or concession purchase has occurred. If points are still not credit to your account after 24HRS you may contact us as noted below. Please note claims must be submitted within 60 days from the date of original purchase. Your purchase receipt and Landmark EXTRAS rewards documentation must be presented to our Guest Services team for claim to be processed.
Events Booked through the B2B team are not eligible for the accumulation or redemption of Landmark EXTRAS points.

What do I do if I think my Account balance is incorrect?
If you believe that there is an error in your Account balance, you must contact Landmark Cinemas’ Guest Services at 1-800-378-2535, or email [email protected] within 60 days of the date of the transaction or the Account balance will be deemed correct, except for excess Landmark EXTRAS rewards points improperly applied to your Account, My Account. LANDMARK CINEMAS may require that Members submit documentation to support their claim.
How do I get my FREE refills for my large popcorn and fountain drink purchases?
Landmark EXTRAS members are eligible for one free refill on each large 170oz popcorn and 30oz fountain drink purchased. The free refill credit(s) will be applied to your account 30 minutes from time of original transaction and must be used within three hours from time of issuance. Refill credits not used within the 3-hour window will expire and can no longer be used.
Movie Club
How do Movie Club Admission Credits work?
Landmark EXTRAS Movie Club members receive one General Admission credit per month in their membership account with payment of the monthly membership fee. Each monthly credit is valid for one General Admission at all Landmark Cinemas locations. Plus, you can upgrade to a 3D or Premium Admission (Laser Ultra, IMAX®, Extra, Xtreme, Premiere Seating). Surcharges apply. Unused Admission credits roll over and never expire for active Movie Club members.
Is there a limit to the number of Admission Credits that can be used in an Admission transaction?
No limit. Landmark EXTRAS’ Movie Club members can use any number of available Admission credits in a single transaction. However, there is a daily transaction limit of three (3) transactions permitted in a 24-hour period.
Do I earn points when I use my Movie Club Admission credit?
Yes. Landmark EXTRAS’ Movie Club members earn points on their Movie Club Admission Credits at the membership rate of 5 points per every $1 spent, before tax, rounded to the nearest whole point based on the price of their monthly subscription.
How Many Admissions Can I Buy at my Movie Club membership price?
Landmark EXTRAS Movie Club members can buy as many admission tickets as they want at their Movie Club member price with a limit of two (2) admission tickets per transactions and a limit of three (3) transactions permitted in a 24-hour period.
Do I earn points when I use my monthly Membership Admissions?
Yes. Points awarded will be calculated based on the pre-tax sub total of your membership price at the rate of 5 points per every $1 spent, before tax, rounded to the nearest whole point.
I have used all my Movie Club Admission Credits this month. Can I buy more Admissions this month?
Yes. You may buy unlimited Member Discounted Admissions or Premium Admissions (Laser Ultra, IMAX®, Extra, Xtreme, 3D, Premiere Seating surcharges apply) at your Movie Club member price with a limit of two (2) admission tickets per transactions and a limit of three (3) transactions permitted in a 24-hour period.
Can I share Admissions purchased with my Movie Club Admission Credits with a guest?
Yes. Landmark EXTRAS Movie Club members can share their Movie Club Admission Credits with a guest.
Can I transfer my Movie Club Admission Credits with another Movie Club member?
No. Landmark EXTRAS Movie Club Admission Credits cannot be transferred to another Movie Club member.
What happens if I do not use my monthly Movie Club credit during the month it was earned?
All unused Landmark EXTRAS Movie Club Admission Credits will roll over to use next month, provided you remain an active Movie Club member at that time. If a paid Landmark EXTRAS Movie Club membership is cancelled, your Admission Credits will be available for six (6) months from date of cancellation. Please note, Landmark EXTRAS Movie Club Admission Credits cannot be transferred to another Movie Club member.
How do I check my Movie Club Admission Credit balance?
Log into your account (My Account) at LandmarkCinemas.com. Available Admission Credit(s) are displayed in your member account details (My Account).
Do I have to use my Movie Club Admission credit to buy an Admission?
No. Landmark EXTRAS Movie Club members have the choice to use their Admission Credits, points or their preferred payment method to purchase General or Premium Admissions.
If you have available Movie Club Admission Credits and do not wish to use them while buying an admission ticket at LandmarkCinemas.com, ensure you do NOT select “Admission Credit” in Step One of the online booking process, and instead select the desired Admission type (ex. General).
If you have available Movie Club Admission Credits and do not wish to use them while buying a movie Admission at your local Landmark Cinemas, simply inform the Cast Member prior to ordering.
Can I get a refund for an Admission purchased with a Movie Club Admission Credit?
Yes. A Landmark Cinemas Cast Member can refund your admission purchase in-theatre and an Admission Credit will be re-added to your Movie Club member account one hour prior to the scheduled movie showtime. Tickets purchased using admission credits or points cannot be refunded for cash.
Are there any blackout dates?
No. There are no blackout dates for the use of your Movie Club Admission credits, or Member Admissions, Movie Insider Annual Admission credit, or the redemption of your EXTRAS rewards points to purchase your Admission ticket.
Movie Insider
Do I earn points when I use my annual Movie Insider Admission credit?
No. Landmark EXTRAS Movie Insiders do not earn points when redeeming their annual Admission Credit.
Movie Fan
Do my Movie Fan Points expire?
Yes. Landmark EXTRAS Movie Fan points must be used within 24 months from date of issuance. Points not redeemed within 24 months will be forfeited.
Do I earn points for the purchase of my Movie Insider or Movie Club membership?
No. Landmark EXTRAS Movie Insiders or Movie Club members do not earn points on the purchase of their respective annual and monthly membership fees.
Can I redeem points towards the purchase of my Landmark EXTRAS Movie Insider or Movie Club memberships?
No. Landmark EXTRAS reward points cannot be used to purchase Movie Insider or Movie Club memberships.
Can I use my Movie Club Admission Credits and Member Admissions at any Landmark Cinemas location?

What happens if I do not register the membership card I received in theatre?
Guests who DO NOT register their card, select a membership, create an account, and successfully complete payment (if required), within 120 days from the date points were last earned, will have all points removed from their account and the account will be closed.
I want to change my password. How do I reset it?
Simply login to your account at http://www.landmarkcinemas.com (My Account), Select “My Profile then select ‘Reset Password,’ and follow all prompted steps.
What happens if I cancel or choose not to renew my Movie Insider or Movie Club membership?
If you choose to cancel, not renew, or your membership payment cannot be processed for any reason, your membership and benefits will be modified as follows:
- Your membership will be automatically changed to a FREE Landmark EXTRAS Movie Fan membership, and you will earn/redeem points at the specified membership rate.
- All unused reward points will be transferred to your FREE Movie Fan membership account and will expire 24-months from date of original issuance.
- Unused Admission Credit(s) must be redeemed within six months from the last date your Landmark EXTRAS Movie Insider or Movie Club membership was in good standing, or they will be forfeited.
- Movie Insider and Movie Club members will receive an email notification to the email address associated with their account if we were unable to process the annual (Movie Insider) or monthly (Movie Club) membership fee.

How can I pay for my Movie Club membership?
Landmark Cinemas accepts most credit cards issued by major financial institutions. Monthly payments will be made on an automatic, recurring basis. Gift cards cannot be used for payment of your Movie Insider or Movie Club membership fees.
I want to change my Movie Insider or Movie Club payment method before my membership fees renew. How do I do this?
Visit LandmarkCinemas.com and log into your account (My Account). Simply select Manage Membership then select ‘Change Payment Method’ and follow the prompts to update your payment information.
Payment for my Movie Insider or Movie Club membership did not go through. What happens to my membership?
If the preferred payment method cannot be successfully charged, an email notification of payment failure will be sent to the email address associated with your account.
If payment is not successfully resolved within 12 days, your Landmark EXTRAS Movie Insider or Movie Club membership will be cancelled, and you will automatically move to our free Movie Fan membership. Confirmation of this change will be sent to your email address on file.
If you move from a Movie Insider or Movie Club member to Movie Fan, rewards and benefits will change as follows:
- You will automatically earn/redeem points at the Movie Fan rate.
- All unused reward points will be transferred to your FREE Movie Fan account and will expire 24-months from date of original issuance.
- Unused Admission Credit(s) must be redeemed within six months from the last date the Landmark EXTRAS Movie Insider or Movie Club membership was in good standing or they will be forfeited.
- Unused Movie Club Companion Admissions must be redeemed within six months from the last date your Landmark EXTRAS Movie Insider or Movie Club membership was in good standing or they will be forfeited.

Yes. The preferred payment method will automatically be charged in accordance with the Landmark EXTRAS Movie Insider or Movie Club membership terms and conditions. The exact billing date is available at LandmarkCinemas.com, My Account, and typically aligns with the date you became a rewards member.

Landmark Extras members may choose to change their membership any time by logging into their account at landmarkcinemas.com selecting My Profile and selecting “Change Membership”.
What happens if I move from a Movie Insider to a Movie Club membership?
You will immediately be entitled to the rewards and benefits of being a Landmark EXTRAS Movie Club member while relinquishing the rewards and benefits of a Landmark EXTRAS Movie Insider on the day you change your membership types. All unused reward points will be transferred to your Movie Insider account and will expire 24-months from date of original issuance. Unused Admission Credit(s) must be redeemed within six months from the last date your Landmark EXTRAS Movie Club membership was in good standing, or they will be forfeited.
How do I move from a Movie Club to a Movie Insider membership?
Log into your account (My Account) at LandmarkCinemas.com anytime and Manage Membership select ‘Change Membership’ to select Movie Insider. The change will be effective immediately and no refund is given. Any unused Admission Credits will remain in your account for a period of 6-months. Your points will remain in your account. Companion Admissions will be deleted from your account effectively immediately.
What happens if I move from a Movie Club to a Movie Insider membership?
Landmark EXTRAS Movie Club members may choose to change their membership to a Movie Insider membership at any time by logging into their account, My Account, at landmarkcinemas.com. This change is effective immediately and no refund is given to the member, and they will start to accrue points based on the Movie Insider rewards schedule located at landmarkcinemas.com/extras/rewards. All unused reward points will be transferred to your Movie Insider account and will expire 24-months from date of original issuance. Unused Admission Credit(s) must be redeemed within six months from the last date your Landmark EXTRAS Movie Club membership was in good standing, or they will be forfeited.
What happens if I upgrade from Movie Fan to Movie Insider or Movie Club paid memberships?
Landmark EXTRAS Movie Fan members may choose to change their membership to a paid Movie Insider or Movie Club membership at any time by logging into their account, My Account, at www.https://landmarkcinemas.com . This change is effective immediately and you will begin to enjoy all the benefits of your new membership.
Will I receive notice if my Movie Insider or Movie Club membership fees change?
Yes, if the membership fees and terms of enrollment change, Landmark Cinemas will send notice to the email account on file, prior to renewal and provide instructions for account cancellation, should that be desired.
Landmark Cinemas reserves the rights to change the Landmark EXTRAS Movie Insider and Movie Club membership fees and the EXTRAS program terms and conditions at time of renewal. Membership fees and terms of enrollment will not be changed during the membership term.
If I decide to cancel my Movie Insider or Movie Club membership, is there a waiting period to re-enroll?
No. You may re-enroll any time.

To upgrade your Landmark EXTRAS loyalty rewards membership, simply login to your account (My Account) at http://www.landmarkcinemas.com and select UPGRADE from the My Account page.
I lost my Landmark EXTRAS card. How do I get a new one?
Request a replacement EXTRAS card by emailing [email protected] . Please note, if a new Landmark EXTRAS membership card is requested, a new card and membership number will be issued. The new membership number will be automatically updated in your Extras account (My Account), making the previous membership card number void. You will need to manually update your new Landmark EXTRAs card number in your digital wallet by first, deleting your previous membership card, and adding your new membership card as it will not be updated automatically.

How do I add my EXTRA's membership number to the ATOM APP?
To earn Landmark EXTRAS points when using the ATOM APP for your admission purchases, select the wheel at the top right of your screen, select Theater Loyalty, select Landmark EXTRAS and enter your EXTRAS Membership#. Points earned for eligible admission purchases will be automatically added to your Landmark EXTRA’s account. Points may only be redeemable at landmarkcinemas.com or in at your local Landmark theatre box office or concession stand.
